During a recent Bigg Boss event, Salman confirmed to the media that he had broken two ribs—a more severe injury than initially thought. Speaking to photographers at the event, he asked them to maintain a safe distance, stating, "Aaram se, do pasliyan tooti hain (Be careful, I have two broken ribs)."
Despite the injury, Salman is recovering well and assured that the filming of Sikandar is progressing without major issues. The source emphasized that the injury is not critical.
Fans have expressed concern after seeing images and videos of Salman visibly in pain and touching his rib cage at the event.
