"Time and circumstances will tell what will happen and what will not," Khan remarked when asked about his Bollywood plans. He added, “I believe when the right time comes, things happen naturally. Whatever is finalized, I will share [it] with everyone. I will not hide anything from my fans.” His new series, Barzakh, which debuts on July 19, stars Khan alongside Sanam Saeed and is a joint production by Pakistani and Indian production houses. It will be available on Zee5 and the YouTube channel "Zindagi."
Khan also voiced his hopes for better relations between the entertainment industries of Pakistan and India. He noted, “There are many talented actors in Pakistan who wish to work in India. I hope that if circumstances improve, there will be more collaboration between the showbiz industries of both nations.”
