Ali Zafar admires his mother in his latest Instagram post

Ali Zafar, the Pakistani singer, songwriter, and actor, shared a touching tribute to his mother, Kanwal Ameen, on Instagram. Known for his charming personality, the 43-year-old artist not only expresses love for his wife, Ayesha Fazli but also honors his mother in a recent post.

Ameen is a professor in information management from Pakistan. She was the head of the Department of Information Management at the University of the Punjab from 2009 to 2018 and also served as the director of external linkages. In May 2019, she was chosen as the vice-chancellor of the University of Home Economics for a four-year term.

With a successful career in both Bollywood and Lollywood, Ali Zafar has gained a massive fan following for his performances in films and soulful songs.

His infectious smile and soothing voice have won him millions of fans, reaching 5.8 million followers on Instagram. In the heartfelt post dedicated to his accomplished mother, Ali Zafar wrote a short eight-verse poem, referring to her as his "guiding light."

Zafar wrote, ”You held me tight

In my sleepless nights

And in a storm

You kept me warm

Your selfless care

Of which I am aware

My guiding light

To everything right.”

On the work in front, Zafar was in recent films like Dear Zindagi and Allahyar and the 100 Flowers of God. As for singing, he released new songs like Us Rah Par, Hum Mustafavi Hain, Mein Ura, Bahadur, Maza Aya, Ho Tum, O Mere Dil Ke Chain, and many others.
