Possible Impacts and advises:

Heavy rainfall is expected to generate flash flooding in local nullahs and streams across various regions including Murree, Galliyat, Manshera, Kohistan, Malakand, Dir Swat, Shangla, Bunner, Kurrum, Orakzai, Khyber, Mohmand, Nowshera, Swabi, and Kashmir. The heavy downpours may also lead to urban flooding in low-lying areas of Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Landslides are likely to disrupt traffic in vulnerable hilly areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Murree, Galliyat, Kashmir, and Gilgit-Baltistan during this wet period.

Additionally, downpours, windstorms, and lightning might impact daily routines and weak structures such as electric poles, billboards, and solar panels. Farmers are advised to manage their activities with the weather forecast in mind. Travelers and tourists should remain cautious, plan their travels according to the weather conditions, and avoid any risky situations during this period.
