In the past three days, the price of chicken meat has surged by over Rs 50 per kilogram. According to reports, broiler meat prices have spiked in various cities, with significant increases observed in Peshawar and Lahore.

The price of broiler chicken meat per kilogram has risen by approximately Rs 60, setting the new price at Rs 458.

This marks a Rs. 59 increase in just three days. In the markets, the wholesale rate for broiler chicken is now Rs 304 per kilogram, while the retail rate stands at Rs 316 per kilogram.

In Lahore, the price of farm eggs has also risen, now costing Rs 261 per dozen. Meanwhile, Peshawar has seen a Rs 35 increase in the price of broiler chicken within the same timeframe.
