In a recent blog post, Microsoft outlined how the new feature works, enabling Windows users to select their iPhone as an option for file sharing. The link to Windows application appears as a sharing extension on the iPhone.
To share files from an iPhone to a Windows PC, users can follow these steps:
- Choose the file(s) to share.
- Tap the "share" icon.
- Select "Link to Windows."
- Tap the device to which you wish to share the file.
- Select the file(s) they wish to share on their computer.
- Right-click and choose "Share."
- Select "My Phone."
