The NADRA B-Form, or Child Registration Certificate, is a fundamental identification document that records a person's birth details, such as their name, parents' names, date of birth, place of birth, and gender in the government's records.

This certificate acts as proof of identity for children and is essential for accessing social welfare programs and school admissions. The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) is responsible for issuing the Child Registration Certificate, also referred to as the B-Form, for minors in Pakistan.

To obtain a B-Form, proof of birth from the union council is required, and at least one parent must have a valid CNIC or National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP).

B-Form Fee in Pakistan 2024

Standard fee for getting B-form is Rs50, while executive service is available for Rs500.

How to Apply for B-Form in 2024

-First, visit nearest NADRA Registration Center (NRC) to apply for a Child Registration Certificate (CRC) or B-form. -Get a token upon arrival at the NRC. -Get your photographs and fingerprints taken. -The staff will enter your details and provide you with a printed form. -If either parent is present, their biometrics can be captured, and attestation of the form is not required. -If no parent is present, get the form attested by a gazetted officer. -Submit the attested form back to the NRC.
