The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, along with its liaison offices in Lahore and Karachi, has introduced the Apostille legalization process to offer convenient services to the public. With this new system, applicants no longer need to visit the ministry's office. Instead, courier companies will collect the documents from applicants and get them attested by the ministry.
Five courier companies have been appointed to provide Apostille legalization services directly to the public at their doorsteps. These authorized companies will charge their service fees in addition to the Apostille Certification fees.

Documents Attestation Fee Structured from July 2024
The fee structure for Apostille Certification has also been revised with effect from 08 July 2024. The new fee structure is as follows:
1-Personal and Educational Documents – Rs3,000 per document
2-Legal Documents – Rs4,500 per document
3-Commercial Documents – Rs 12,000 per document
