According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), the Ramadan moon is predicted to be seen on 16th May.
According to the scientific statistics of PMD, it is expected that the first Ramadan will occur on 17th May because the birth of the new moon will take place at 4:49 pm on May 15th, whereas on May 16th the age of the moon will be 26 hours and 45 minutes.
However, its visibility will occur one hour after the sunset.
On the other hand, the meeting of the Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee will also be held on May 16 29th Shaban ul Mozam, chaired by Mufti Muneeb ur Rehman, which will also be in coordination with the zonal committees.
