GUJRANWALA: In an unusual incident on the motorway, a man forgot his wife at a service area while continuing his journey to Karachi alone.
According to the Motorway Police Spokesperson, the man a resident of Gujranwala had stopped with his wife at the Jaranwala service area to offer prayers.
After completing his prayer earlier, he returned to the car and resumed the journey, unaware that his wife had not rejoined him.
It wasn't until he had driven nearly 20 kilometers that he realized he had forgotten his wife. He immediately contacted the Motorway Police helpline for assistance.
Upon verification, the Motorway Police safely reunited the woman with her husband, ensuring her well-being.
