When discussing Iqrar's marriages, Qurutulain mentions that she respects the opinions others have regarding her husband's marriage. She thinks that “people can feel a certain way about this and it is okay. They had their circumstances and the decisions were taken because of that. She added that many people in this country live like this but they are noticed more because they work in media.”

She also spoke about how she felt about sharing with her husband. She said that “she has never shared Iqrar. Iqrar has been the same since the day they got married and this may be on his credit that he always prioritized Annie and their marriage above everything else and never made her feel that she is sharing her time or her rights.”
