KARACHI: The Anti-Terrorism Administrative Court on Saturday has ordered to send two culprits, who allegedly attacked Gulistan-e-Johar police station, to jail on judicial remand.
The trial took place in the anti-terrorism administrative court in Karachi after the culprits were arrested in Gulistan-e-Johar.
Six suspects were presented before the administrative court by the police. As per investigating officer, the attack weas initiated due to anger of the arrest of their fellow members. Two officers were injured during the attack.
The officer revealed that the two culprits were arrested for buying and selling of stolen goods.
The police requested the court to give physical remand to the accused for investigation related to other absconding accomplices.
The court rejected the request of the police for physical remand and ordered to send the accused to jail on judicial remand.
The court also directed to complete the investigation within 14 days and submit the challan.
