PESHAWAR: A Session Judge Shakir Ullah Marwat was abducted by unknown armed men in Dera Ismail Kahn, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Hafiz Muhammad Adnan, unknown armed men abducted the Sessions Judge near Tank and Dera Ismail Khan border.
The armed men left the session judge's car and driver there and took the judge along, officials said.
On the other hand, Pakistan People's Party(PPP) Central Information Secretary Faisal Karim Kundi termed the abduction of the judge as unfortunate.
He said that the abduction of Sessions Judge Waziristan near Tank is a very sad incident and Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur should tell why he is not serious about establishing peace.

Earlier, A judicial magistrate of Quetta has been suspended arrest warrant of Pakhtunkhwa Milli Awami Party (PkMAP) Chairman Mahmood Khan Achakzai.
Earlier, Judicial Magistrate had issued an arrest warrant for Mahmood Khan Achakzai, chairman of PkMAP.
Today, the investigating officer(IO) informed the court that there has been a non-compliance of the warrant by the head of the PkMAP.
The Judicial Magistrate suspended the arrest warrant of Mehmood Khan Achakzai until the next hearing and fixed the hearing of the case on May 31.
