TikTok star Imsha Rehman has conditionally forgiven the suspect accused of leaking her video. The case was heard at the District and Sessions Court in Islamabad, where the accused, Abdul Aziz, sought post-arrest bail.

Additional District and Sessions Judge Adnan Rasool Lark presided over the hearing. During the proceedings, Imsha Rehman informed the court that she was willing to forgive the accused under specific conditions.

Her lawyer, Hadi Ali Chatha, stated that the accused had expressed remorse for his actions. As a result, they did not oppose his bail request. He further urged the court to acknowledge the accused’s regret in the official court order.

The accused, who was allegedly involved in the unauthorized video leak, was apprehended by the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) from Gujranwala.

While the legal case has taken a new turn with Rehman's conditional pardon, it remains to be seen how the court will proceed with the matter.
