A large number of Pakistanis invest in prize bonds, which are considered a safe option. Although no monthly profit is offered, investors have the opportunity to win substantial cash prizes through regular draws.
The Central Directorate of National Savings manages these draws, which have been in place since the 1960s. The State Bank of Pakistan acts as the manager for the scheme.
Prize Bond draws are held every three months, and winners are announced after each balloting. The scheme is designed to attract public funds, and for many, it serves as a secure way to invest without worrying about the loss of value.
Rs750 Prize Bond Draw and Prizes
According to the 2024 schedule, the next draw for the Rs750 Prize Bond will take place on October 15, 2024, at the Faisalabad office of the National Savings Division.- First Prize: Rs1,500,000 (1 winner)
- Second Prize: Rs500,000 (3 winners)
- Third Prize: Rs9,300 (1,696 winners)
